According to surveys and social researchs, women can want to innovate, create a company or candidate for an important positions but they will not do so : because the society make them believe that it is too difficult for women....
for whom?
A lot of wome, of young girls are "afraid" of applying to some positions with high responsabilities, of creating their own society leurs propres entreprises or positionning themselves like a leader of a team (which contains men)... This appeared to us as a real probleme to whitch solutions have to be find.
What is our objectif ? Our objectif is to show women and young girls that succeed in obtaigning CEO functions, functions with responsabilty, in creating a new company or other things is possible when you are a woman. We want women to stop self-censorhip. Our second objectif is to make men aware of the fact that glass-celling is breaking and the main job they have to do in this.
what? how?
Our idea in more details : Our application will be a sort of calendar : example : it is 3 mai 2021, 5 years ago, day for day, Isabelle Kocher became CEO of ENGIE group and so the 3rd woman CEO aof a company of the du CAC 40. The user receive a short résumé of this particular date and also of the major women figure about we are talking here. . The events described will historic events but also events less important in global history but directly about the economic world. A global application given story about the different historic event already exists but we are innovating by proposing, in this applicarion a ytruly project in favor of gender equality and parity in economical, financiarial and political words.

when? where? who? why?
In spite of the advent of the new area characterised by digitalisation but also with a more important place for women on the front stage, we are obviously aware that the problem of discrimination and violence against women as well as the disparity in the representation of women in decision-making and educational bodies are points which, unfortunately, are still prevalent in today's society.
Indeed, the 21st century is characterised by an awareness on the part of a large part of the population of the difference then present between men and women and of unequal treatment. Movements of revolt and struggle against these inequalities were born: #metoomovement, Women's week, more frequent demonstrations, ... but the awareness and diffusion of these inequalities are not yet sufficiently present. Indeed, in our society, very often, showing the facts, showing the events allows to make people react, to make them aware of this inequality of treatment of favours. It is notably this last part - therefore the lack of awareness, facts not sufficiently demonstrated - that gave us the idea of this second project.
for whom?
The aim of our project is not to target a particular clientele but, on the contrary, to reach the widest possible audience: young people, young adults, parents, the elderly, ...
Our project therefore effectively aims to "raise awareness" among both men and women, to make us aware that women, although just as legitimate as men, are less represented in the limelight, have more difficulty in accessing education, a good education, that they are still victims of violence, discrimination, ...
Our project is therefore aimed at everyone, at society as a whole, so that everyone is really aware of what is still going on in society so that in a few years time we can achieve complete and perfect equality.
what? how?
So, in view of the context expressed and the target identified, we aim to target a really, very large population, which is everyone, so the best way to do that is to set up an application or a website. Indeed, we want to share some of these figures with the general public, and in order to do so, we imagine representing a world map of gender inequalities for users.
Therefore, in order to respond to our problem, the map would provide users with a database of figures by country concerning inequalities within the business world and decision-making bodies. Such a map would make it possible to see where things are going well and where inequalities are most entrenched. The indicators and information provided according to geographical areas would be as diverse as possible. Indeed, the aim is to show these inequalities in their plurality and diversity.
